Society was undergoing monumental shifts long before the pandemic; high were streets emptying, the consumption of experience was growing rapidly, products were moving faster, and employees were demanding flexibility. The value of the city was changing.
So, what are the implications for a new urban mix?
The future of the property industry depends on our ability to look beyond the immediate perils and into a better future.
Campuses were once the domain of education or innovation. But now we see campuses are the careful clustering and curation of activities – a model for better cities, better developments. The CAMPUS Tribe at SPACE UK discuss a new approach that sees landlords and operators as hosts of a multi-channel experience. But is Is the challenge about better-building or better activation?
The Chairing position is sacred. The SPACE UK Chair position is available for a sponsor who can provide a leader worthy of the role.
The Chair introduces all sessions on the Main Stage, sets the the tone and captures the mood.
And most importantly – can tell their kids they headlined at the Ministry of Sound!
There are three main stage panels at SPACE UK.
You know the drill here. Each panel will have a Host (i.e. a moderator) and three or four panelists.
The Host position is available for sponsors, vetted by our Co-Founders.
This is prime-time positioning.
Tribes are what we call our interest groups. Each ‘Tribe’ has multiple ‘Discussion Groups’.
Each Discussion Group has a Host, who leads the conversation (a sponsor). And three Co-Hosts, who support the Host in keeping the conversation flowing.
We invite and confirm your Co-Hosts – your role is to lead the thinking.
VIP Thinktanks are for the most senior attendees. Each Thinktank has 8 participants, and an agenda curated to really interrogate a big topic.
You can sponsor a VIP Thinktank and Host it (or nominate a client to Host, if you rather).
We produce a post-event paper for you, based on the Thinktank. Amazing.
