Director – Fund Manager
Freddie has an extensive experience in a wide range of real estate investment and asset management tasks, including asset origination, deal structure, and delivery. Freddie collaborates with the Fund Manager, who is accountable for the Fund’s goals, performance, and strategic direction.
Among his responsibilities at M&G Real Estate is investing in the UK and Europe’s residential real estate market. These investments include student housing (PBSA), build to rent (BTR), senior living, and shared ownership, with a special emphasis on BTR and PBSA. During his stint at M&G Real Estate, he was in charge of a number of r transactions in excess of £1bn.
M&G Real Estate, M&G’s property fund management arm, invests globally in all major real estate sectors. As part of their objective, they aim to build high quality and sustainable commercial, residential, and student housing facilities. M&G Real Estate has £33.5 billion in AUM and is part of M&G plc with £323 billion.
