New human-centric property event reconnects industry at spectacular factory conversion

SPACE+, the global collective of progressive property leaders, has announced that they will be hosting SPACE [UK Tribes], on the 9th September at The Bottle Factory in London.

As a spin-off of ‘SPACE UK’ (returning to Ministry Venues this November), ‘,SPACE [UK Tribes]’ will bring together property leaders for an afternoon of in-person networking and discussion groups.

Attendees will split into groups around Real Estate as a Service, Sustainability, Placemaking, Storytelling, Culture in a hybrid workplace and PropTech.

In the evening, SPACE+ will also be hosting the second of their ‘Summer Sessions’ networking events for Members and their guests, taking place in The Bottle Factory’s courtyard.

The Bottle Factory is a 30,000 sq ft former mineral water, lemonade, and ginger beer

bottling warehouse arranged over ground and two upper floors and located off the rapidly changing Old Kent Road. After acquisition the building was re-branded as The Bottle Factory, paying tribute to the site’s near 150-year history operated under the famous London bottling brand, J. Mills & Sons.

“The SPACE [UK Tribes] event is a carefully planned return to in-person events, covering topics from placemaking to PropTech in a safe environment,” noted Neall De Beer, Co-Founder of SPACE+.

“Attendees will take part in group discussions on the most pertinent human-centric topics, as well as network with peers throughout the afternoon and evening. We’re thrilled to help our SPACE+ Members reconnect.”

Fabrix is the Venue Host of SPACE [UK Tribes], and the 30 Discussion Co-Hosts include Jessica Rentzos (GSK), Jeff Schumacher (Microsoft), Ronen Journo (Hines), Olivia Harris (Dolphin Living), Peter Hewitt-Penfold (FCA) and Lily Lin (MARK).
