WELCOME TO ALT/RESI UK

ALT/RESI UK is the UK's world-class alternative residential event; bringing together leaders in Build to Rent, Student Housing, Later Living, Co-Living, and Affordable Housing.

It's where big ideas are shared, norms are challenged and new connections are made.

Now in its third year, ALT/RESI UK is established as the leading alternative residential event in the UK. Focusing on global investors, portfolio diversification, partnerships, placemaking, community building, tech, ESG, engagement and experience.

The content is thoughtfully curated, attendees are senior, and the 'Tribe' format enables meaningful engagement.

The venue - the takeover of amazing old beer hall - is a unique space, surrounded by the Build to Rent properties of Walthamstow. It's a premium event experience.

WHO IS ALT/RESI UK FOR?

PLANNERS & ARCHITECTS

How do we better plan space and place?

COUNCILS

How do we meet housing targets? And create PPPs?

INVESTORS

How do we source new deals and operators?

DEVELOPERS

How can we create better places, find investors & operating partners?

ADVISORS

Where can we add greatest value?

Find your Tribe

Tribes are interactive discussion groups, with four-six Co-Hosts. And a sponsoring Host. Delegates join the Host and Co-Hosts in an oval of chairs. Everyone participates in the discussion. This creates meaningful engagement, and shortcuts networking.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Chairing

Be the Chair

The Chairing position is sacred.

The ALT/RESI UK Main Stage Chair position is available for a sponsor who can provide a leader worthy of the role!

The Chair introduces all sessions on the Main Stage, sets the tone and catches the mood.

Available for the Headline Sponsor.

Olaide Oboh (Director, Socius) interviewing Helen Gordon (CEO, Grainger) at ALT/RESI UK.

Main Stage Panels

Lead a Panel

There are three main stage panels at ALT/RESI UK.

You know the drill here. Each panel will have a Host (i.e. a moderator) and three panellists. The panellists are chosen for their progressive leadership.

The Host position is available for sponsors, vetted by our Co-Founders. This is prime-time positioning.

Discussion Groups

Host a Tribe

‘Tribes’ are what we call our interest groups. Each ‘Tribe’ has multiple ‘Discussion Groups’.

Each Discussion Group has a Host, who leads the conversation (a sponsor). And three Co-Hosts, who support the Host in keeping the conversation flowing.

We invite and confirm your Co-Hosts – your role is to lead the thinking.

VIP Dinners

Host a Dinner

At the end of the event, there will be three VIP Dinners. Want to commission one? Get in quickly!

We choose a meaningful theme together, you provide your client wishlist…and we do the rest.
