Thomasin joined Pocket Living as Development Director in March 2021. Thomasin has over 20 years of residential and mixed-use project management expertise in London and the Home Counties. She was previously Development Director at Grosvenor and Muse Developments.Thomasin has vast expertise leading teams developing complex residential and mixed-use developments.
Her other notable projects include the 2-acre South Molton Triangle in Mayfair by Grosvenor and the RIBA and Sunday Times British Homes Award-winning Civic Centre in Brixton by Muse Developments in conjunction with London Borough of Lambeth.She is on the board of Broadway Living RP. Thomasin earned a BSc in Astrophysics from UCL and an MSc in Surveying from the Univeristy Reading. She is a Fellow of RICS (Planning and Development).
