Bio:

Rick’s primary goal is to expand Get Living’s platform across the UK. Rick has a demonstrated track record of regenerating urban areas, and his reputation precedes him. For more than four decades, he’s been developing and investing in real estate, as well as managing residential and commercial properties with a focus on the consumer.

As a real estate and corporate profess ional, he complements Get Living’s current executive team in many ways. Previously, Rick served as CEO of United House Group and as CEO of MEPC, both of which he founded. In addition, he serves on the boards of Altitude Real Estate and Curo Housing Association as a non-executive director.

Get Living

Get Living manages over 3,000 houses throughout London and Manchester, making it the UK’s largest and most experienced build-to-rent company. Its most well-known project is East Village, the former London 2012 Athletes’ Village in Stratford, which opened in 2013 to shake-up the private rental sector and give a better way to rent. Their neighbourhoods are meant to make life in your favorite city easy, from 24/7 security to supermarkets, gyms, and free events.
