Managing Director
As managing director, Ms. Hancock is responsible for Greystar’s fully integrated development process in the UK. Michela is in charge of high-density multifamily project funding, design, entitlements, construction, and lease-up. Michela will head Greystar’s existing third-party platform and help it grow new client connections, acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures. This includes educating the market and local government on the advantages of multifamily housing.
She worked for Grainger PLC in the United Kingdom and Bozzuto Development in the United States before joining Greystar in 2015. She has served as Vice Chairman and a member of the British Property Federation’s Build to Rent Committee and the board of the United Kingdom Apartment Association.
