As Head of Development Finance, Jai will oversee ICG’s residential development strategy in 2020. While at Amro Real Estate Partners, Jai spent two years creating and managing purpose-built residential assets across the UK and Iberia. Prior to joining ICG, Jai worked for Amro for two years. He was in charge of acquisitions, capital raising, and finance as Investment Director. At ICG, he was a member of the Partnership Capital team, which invests in UK real estate loans and mezzanine, and preferred equity. Previously, he worked at Barclays, HSBC, and Lehman Brothers in various roles.
Intermediate Capital Group plc listed on the London Stock Exchange and are included in the FTSE 100 index. As an alternative asset manager with a global reach, ICG provides financing to support the expansion of companies around the world. To date, they have $71 billion in assets under management (as of December 31st, 2021).
