REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
I’ve filled out a form, but I don’t think the payment went through – is my ticket reserved?
Submission of an online registration must include full payment at the time of booking to be considered a firm booking and your place at the event be confirmed. If payment does not go through, then we would recommend trying again and if you continue to have further problems processing your payment please contact us at email@example.com
What happens to my personal data once I have booked onto the event or filled out a form?
What happens if I want to cancel or the event gets cancelled?
(See below under Cornonavirus to see further details around event changes due to the virus outbreak)
Tickets cannot be cancelled by the attendee.

c) In the event that SPACE 2020 (the conference) or any of the micro-events cannot be held or are postponed due to events beyond the control of the conference organisers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the conference organisers, the conference organisers reserve the right to reschedule the event within 6 months of the original date.
Can I make a substitution for my ticket as I can’t make the event anymore?
Substitutions may be made at any time. If you wish to substitute a delegate, you must notify SPACE (part of 14&B Ltd) in writing at the earliest opportunity and at least 24 hours before the event begins.

PHOTOS & FILMING
Can I film and take photos at the event?

Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications.
What you need to know in terms of the Coronavirus outbreak and SPACE [UK Tribes]
A SAFE ENVIRONMENT
We've designed an event and environment alongside our Venue Host - Fabrix, that allows for a safe reintroduction to networking. Here's what to expect:
1. Ventilation - This is an indoor-outdoor event. The doors will remain open to the courtyard area throughout, creating constant air flow.
2. Variation - You can take all of the networking breaks outside, if you wish. And the 'Summer Sessions' drinks in the evening are outside too.
3. Cleanliness - Constant cleaning of tables, chairs, surfaces and bathrooms between sessions.
4. Personal Space - In the Tribes, we'll set chairs approximately 1m apart. And we don't encourage handshakes - remember that you may be further ahead in your re-entry to 'normal' life than the person you're meeting.
5. Wellbeing - We'll take your temperature on arrival. We also encourage you to take a rapid lateral flow test in the morning.
6. Capacity - The venue will be far from capacity, giving plenty of space for delegates.
